At Microsoft Reactor’s SF AI Show & Tell on May 8, 2025 (hosted by Gabriela de Queiroz), I gave a talk on How to Make Agents Useful - the same theme as my standalone useful-agents talk: agents aren’t agents without tools, tools are code (package/version/test them), and authorization is the missing piece for production.
