A short clip from the Agentic AI Foundation on what makes coding agents feel different: a skill primarily benefits from the agent’s knowledge of the local context - a filesystem, a CLI, and a terminal. Those are some of the most heavily represented things in the common crawl and the pile, so the model already “knows” the environment it’s operating in.
